The overarching goal of this event is to facilitate personal empowerment via education about pelvic health and application of knowledge through Pilates movements. Featured topics of discussion will include anatomy and function of the core and pelvic floor; common pelvic floor dysfunctions; promoting self-care and prevention; breathing and awareness; promoting strength, flexibility, and core integration through Pilates.
