Salon22 LLC operates https://www.salon22nola.com/ (the “Website”), social media channels (@salon22nola), Wireless services provided to Salon22 Members or authorized guests and any Salon22 mobile application (the “App”) or platforms (collectively, the “Services”) are operated by Salon22 L.L.C. located at 2407 Bienville Avenue, New Orleans, Louisiana 70119. We take the private nature of your personal information very seriously and this Privacy Policy describes how we treat the information we collect when you use the Services. Please read this notice very carefully.
BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION ACCORDING TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY. CHILDREN UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE
Children under 18 years of age are not permitted to use the Services for any purpose and Salon22 does not collect personally identifiable information about children under the age of 18.
In the case we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

We will not be liable to you or any other party for any lack of security that may result from your use of Salon22 WiFi, and you agree that you are solely responsible for implementing and maintaining appropriate technological and other safeguards to ensure the safety and security of your device and anything stored on, or transmitted by, your device.
SERVICE PROVIDERS
We may employ third-party companies and individuals for due to the following reasons:
To facilitate our Service;
To provide the Service on our behalf;

We use the information we collect to provide you full access and functionality of the Services. For the convenience of its members, Salon22 prepares an internal directory to allow members to connect, network and contact each other for legitimate business purposes. When you register to use the Services, Salon22 may include the business name, email address, contact telephone number, social media contacts or username, and other basic profile information of members or member companies (“Contact Information”) in our internal member directory (the “Directory”). The Directory, including your Contact Information, will be exclusively available to other members and member companies on the Portal. All members and member companies agree to use Contact Information only for legitimate business purposes and to refrain from using Contact Information to spam, market, harass or otherwise contact other members against their wishes. All members and member companies expressly agree not to compile, disclose or sell Contact Information for inclusion on any email database. By accessing the Directory you expressly agree to use member Contact Information only for legitimate business purposes. Your failure to abide by this condition may result in the immediate termination or suspension of your access to the Services and Salon22 Space as well as other legal penalties.

Except as otherwise provided in this policy, we disclose the potentially personally-identifying information you disclose to Salon22 only to those of our employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on our behalf or to provide Services, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country and by using the Services, you consent to the transfer of such information to them.
Other than to its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations or as described above, we disclose personally-identifying information only when required to do so by law, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Salon22, third parties or the public at large. All credit card information provided to Salon22 is transmitted through a third party merchant card provider, Stripe Inc. Credit card information provided will only be used to fulfill your requests. We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. USE OF WIFI SERVICES
Salon22 does not exercise control over other services you may use while using the WiFi. These third-party services may place their own cookies or other files on your computer or device, collect data, or solicit information from you.

How do we make changes to this policy? Although most changes are likely to be minor, Salon22 may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and at our sole discretion.
